Clean Coast 2023 – results
This year, 109 kg of rubbish was collected, comprising 69.4 kg of mixed waste, 23.8 kg of packaging and plastic waste, 12.4 kg of glass and 3.4 kg of cigarette ends. In total, 15,329 items of litter were removed from the beach during the two-hour clean-up.

Clean Coast 2019 – worrying results from the clean-up campaign
On Saturday, 21 September 2019, the tenth edition of the ‘Clean Coast’ clean-up campaign took place, organised by the Slovenian Water Institute in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning and the TRI-NITI Institute.
