Living Water – From Biodiversity to the Tap

As part of the LIFE project, we used innovative approaches to draw public attention to the loss of biodiversity in inland water ecosystems. IzVRS played a key role in designing and producing models for an interactive display of the importance and functions of the river ecosystem and the life within it, so that everyone could find an answer to the question ‘What if I were no longer here?’ The models can be viewed at Goričko Castle (Goričko Landscape Park) and at the Technical Museum of Slovenia (Bistra near Vrhnika). We have produced a brochure on the models developed.
