We cordially invite you to visit the exhibition entitled ‘Our Little Big Sea’, which will be held at the Natural History Museum in Ljubljana. You will be able to see the unusual inhabitants of the Slovenian sea, enjoy interactive displays and learn some lesser-known facts about the sea.
The Slovenian Water Institute has also joined the exhibition with its own display, ‘Together for the Adriatic Sea, Together for Us!’, as part of the Natural History Museum’s main exhibition. The exhibition will be open from 19 January 2017 onwards. At the opening (19 January at 6.00 pm), a lecture will be held to address the issues of marine litter, particularly microplastics, and ship ballast water, which is the main route for the introduction of alien species into the Adriatic Sea.
